What our forms collect

Heirloom offers four forms. The city inquiry form collects your name, title or role, city or municipality, state, email, an optional phone number, and your message. The homeowner interest form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, your city of interest, whether you currently rent or own, how you heard about Heirloom, and your consent to be contacted. The register-your-interest form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, your city of interest, whether you currently rent or own, an optional preferred home model and lot, how you heard about Heirloom, and your consent to be contacted. The capital partner inquiry form collects your name, an optional organization or firm, email, an optional phone number, the type of capital partner you are, and your message.

What we never ask for

Our forms are a marketing interest list only. We do not collect income, credit, employment, Social Security numbers, date of birth, investment amounts or financial terms, or any demographic information such as race, ethnicity, sex, or familial status.

Photos and renderings

Photographs shown on our Lots pages depict vacant properties before revitalization. Any before-and-after images labeled as renderings are illustrative only. They are artistic visualizations of what a revitalized property could look like and do not depict a specific home, price, floor plan, or final design. Home model imagery is representative and actual construction may vary. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a promise of a particular property, price, or outcome.

How we use your information

We use what you submit only to follow up about Heirloom. Your information is never sold and is not shared for advertising. We do not use analytics, chat widgets, cookie banners, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.

Removing your information

You can ask us to remove your information at any time. Email support@op2collective.com and we will take care of it.
